Now that all the information about vaccines are coming out i feel I can talk about this. 5years ago I used to take my son here and the doc constantly ignore my concerns. I asked constantly about information about the vaccines she was giving him and she would just gaslight me. I noticed regress in my son and when I voiced what was happening and tried to asked her questions she would brush me off. She was rude and dismissive. Im happy I made the decision to stop going there and took him to a real doc who cares and listened to my concerns. My son became nonverbal and by the grace of GOD and hard work he can now communicate some what. I wished I listened to my gut the 1st time. Im happy that he doesn't have server autism and yes im linking it because the proof is coming out about it. So yall can gaslight someone else. That doc was doctor Rahman.

I'd give it below one star. Nobody ever answers or calls back. I had to take my one sick son to urgent care because Nobody cared to call me back after calling them 6 times on hold 12 mins at a time. I'm doing this while at my job! They didn't even put my other sons mental health appointment in the system or his second appointment in the system. It was like we were never there. He is suffering severe depression. Don't expect to get care for your kids here cause they can't even be bothered to pick up and they lose your appointment. Anything happens to my son and this office will be responsible.

Iβm extremely disappointed with our recent experience at this pediatric office. We waited over 50 minutes past our scheduled appointment time with no communication or warning in advance from anyone in the office. What made it worse was the lack of courtesy and respect from the reception staff who seem to always have a negative demeanor when being checked in and out. When it comes to childrenβs care, professionalism and communication are essential, and unfortunately, both were lacking during our visit. I will not be returning.

Trying to schedule an appointment is frustrating and time consuming. It took hours and multiple phone calls to schedule a sick appointment for my 3 yr okd. The Dr that saw him was not thorough and rushed us through the appointment in under 7 minutes. In addition to this poor service, I called to have an order for Motrin to be emailed to the daycare. I called at 8am. Daycare called at 12 and said the still did not receive the order. I called St. Luke's and was told that the dr didn't sign it yet. My 3 yr old had hand, foot and mouth and needed some pain relief. This is inhumane. I will never go here again.

A week a ago I called to set an psychical app for my daughter which would only take about 5-10 minutes instead waited on hold for 25 minutes only for the lady to tell me their not setting appointments for for the date I needed to get it done that I needed to called back Monday (WHICH WAS ONLY ONE BUSINESS DAY LATER) lmao I told her I'm not calling back to be on hold for that long again ! She told me she was going to call me...... I'm still waiting!!! This time when I called I was on hold for almost 40 minutes!!!!! Seriously? This is ridiculous
